Accessibility Statement

Fliber® Investment Advisors is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including persons with disabilities. This statement explains the standard we work to, what we have done, what still needs work, and how to tell us when something does not work for you.

1. Standard we work to

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We also refer to the Guidelines for Indian Government Websites (GIGW) and the Indian standard IS 17802 on ICT accessibility.

This work is carried out under the framework set by SEBI for digital accessibility of regulated entities, which follows from the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.

2. Conformance status

3. What we have done

The following are built into this site:

• Keyboard access. Every interactive control — menus, calculators, the rolling tools banner — can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, in a logical order, with no keyboard traps.
• Visible focus. A clear focus outline is shown on whatever element the keyboard is on, and is never removed.
• Skip link. A “Skip to main content” link is the first thing on every page, so keyboard users need not tab through the menu each time.
• Colour contrast. Text and interface colours were checked against the 4.5:1 requirement (3:1 for large text, interface components and chart lines) before the palette was adopted.
• Colour is not the only signal. Results and statuses carry text as well as colour.
• Labelled forms. Every field has a visible, programmatically associated label. Errors are described in text, linked to the field, and announced.
• Structure. Pages use real headings in order, landmark regions, and lists — so a screen reader can navigate by structure rather than reading everything.
• Tables. Data tables have captions and marked header cells so screen readers can announce the right heading for each cell.
• Images and charts. Meaningful images have text alternatives; charts carry a text description of what they show, and the underlying figures are also given as text.
• Motion. Anything that moves can be paused, and nothing moves at all if your device is set to reduce motion.
• Zoom and reflow. Pages work at 200% zoom and down to a 320px-wide screen without horizontal scrolling or loss of content.

4. Known limitations

We are aware of the following, and are working on them:

• Client planning application. The financial planning application behind the client login has not yet been remediated to the same standard. [Add target date.]
• Charts in the planning tools. Some charts distinguish data series mainly by colour. A text summary is provided, but we are adding non-colour cues such as patterns and direct labels. [Add target date.]
• Documents. Some downloadable documents may not yet be fully tagged for accessibility. If you need one in an accessible format, please ask and we will provide it.

5. Technical information

Accessibility of this site relies on HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Content remains readable and navigable if JavaScript fails, apart from the interactive calculators, which require it.

The site is tested to work with current versions of common browsers and assistive technology, including screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and TalkBack.

6. How this was assessed
